Delivery times and shipping
Handling time: 3–7 business days (Mon – Fri)
Transit time: 2–4 business days (Mon – Fri)
Total delivery time: 5–11 business days (Mon – Fri)
The processing of your order takes approximately 3 to 7 business days. Once your order has been shipped, delivery within the European Union usually takes 2 to 4 business days.
Please note that actual delivery times may vary depending on the product, stock availability, and destination country.
Our products are shipped – depending on availability – from different warehouses within the European Union and delivered via European shipping and logistics partners.
Transparency Notice: Shipping is carried out within the framework of a dropshipping model via European logistics partners. The goods are shipped directly from the respective warehouse depending on availability.
Shipping confirmation & tracking
After completing your order, you will receive an automatic order confirmation by email.
As soon as your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation with a tracking number, if available.

Shipping is carried out via European shipping and logistics partners.
Depending on the shipment, providers such as Deutsche Post, DHL, DPD or GLS may be used.
Delivery areas
We deliver exclusively within the European Union.
Deliveries to PO boxes or parcel stations are not possible.
Shipping costs
Shipping is free within the European Union.
No additional shipping or packaging costs are charged.
Delivery address & address changes
Please check your delivery address carefully before completing your order.
After shipment, changes to the delivery address are usually no longer possible.
We are not responsible for delivery delays caused by incorrect or incomplete address details.

Returns (right of withdrawal)
Returns are carried out in accordance with our withdrawal policy.

The cost of return shipping is borne by the customer unless the item was delivered defective or damaged.

Tax and Shipping Information
All prices are final. Due to the small business status (Kleinunternehmerregelung) according to § 19 UStG, no VAT is charged. As shipping usually occurs from warehouses within the European Union, no additional customs duties or import taxes will apply. Should a delivery occur from a non-EU country in individual cases, additional duties or taxes may apply and are to be borne by the customer.
