Delivery times and shipping

  • Processing time: 3–7 business days (Mon–Fri)
  • Shipping time: 2–4 business days (Mon–Fri)
  • Total delivery time: 5–11 business days (Mon–Fri)

Order processing usually takes 3 to 7 business days. Once your order has been shipped, delivery within the European Union generally takes 2 to 4 business days.

Please note that actual delivery times may vary slightly depending on the product, stock availability, and destination country.

Depending on availability, our products are shipped from various warehouses within the European Union and delivered through European shipping and logistics partners.

Transparency Notice: Shipping is carried out through a dropshipping model in cooperation with European logistics partners. Goods are shipped directly from the respective warehouse.

Shipping confirmation & tracking

After completing your order, you will receive an automatic order confirmation by email.

As soon as your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation with a tracking number, if available.

Shipping providers

Shipping is carried out via European shipping and logistics partners.

Depending on the shipment, providers such as Deutsche Post, DHL, DPD or GLS may be used.

Delivery areas

  • We deliver exclusively within the European Union.
  • Deliveries to PO boxes or parcel stations are not possible.

Shipping costs

  • Shipping is free within the European Union.
  • No additional shipping or packaging costs are charged.

Delivery address & address changes

Please check your delivery address carefully before completing your order.

After shipment, changes to the delivery address are usually no longer possible.

We are not responsible for delivery delays caused by incorrect or incomplete address details.

Loss or damage of shipments

After checking the shipping status and the information from the shipping provider, we will arrange – depending on the case – a replacement or a refund.

Returns (right of withdrawal)

Returns are carried out in accordance with our withdrawal policy.

Please contact us by email before any return. The return address will be provided after contact.

The cost of return shipping is borne by the customer unless the item was delivered defective or damaged.

Tax and Shipping Information

All prices are final prices. In accordance with the small business regulation under Section 19 of the German VAT Act (UStG), no VAT is charged.

As shipping is generally carried out from warehouses within the European Union, no additional customs duties or import charges are normally incurred.

In individual cases, if delivery is made from a non-EU country, additional duties, customs fees, or taxes may apply and must be borne by the customer.
